About Sinead

Sinéad has been a full time professional singer for over fifteen years. Having trained under the renowned Veronica Dunne Sinéad decided to take her vocal studies to the next level by completing an Honours Degree in Classical Music Performance at The Conservatory of Music in Dublin’s DIT under the guidance of Jennifer Hamilton. While she is classically trained Sinéad loves to sing in all different styles including Musical Theatre, Soul, Jazz, Pop, Blues, Gospel, Rock, Traditional Irish and Folk and can tailor her voice to suit any genre.

In 2005 Sinéad was Part of Vocal group “The Conway Sisters” who reached the final 6 in ITV’s popular TV show “The X Factor”. The siblings also wrote and recorded the album “Waiting for you” in 2003 which included 3 Irish top 20 radio singles. Having appeared on live TV shows such as The Late Late Show with Pat Kenny, This Morning with Philip Schofield and Fern Britton, UK’s Richard and Judy, GMTV and Ireland AM, the quartet were also guests on radio stations all over the UK and Ireland. The sisters went on to tour the UK with the X Factor live show and then supported Westlife at over 20 of their concerts on their ‘Turnaround’ tour in 2003/04 in the UK and Ireland.

While studying for her degree in music performance, Sinéad managed to make great waves on the music scene in Ireland singing with many different outfits in numerous genres.

She is a regular vocalist with the Hothouse Big Band and features on their album ‘Wind Machine’, this 17 piece band comprises some of Ireland’s most talented musicians.

Sinead is also a member of The Dublin Gospel Choir and has performed on the main stage at Electric Picnic, The opening of The Aviva Stadium and The Special Olympics among other events.

Sinead regularly performs with Ireland’s premier singing waiters outfit www.singersforhire.com, which is a wonderful way to keep guests entertained during or after their dinner.

Sinead is the lead singer with Ireland’s most versatile band, Anything Goes who can be found performing for parties, theatre shows, Kieran Quinn’s infamous theme nights, kids shows, gala concerts, radio shows and more, as the name suggests, Anything Goes.
